Interested in joining Methodist Generations? Complete the Generations Application online or stop the Methodist Generations Center and fill out an application.

• Methodist Generations Center at Methodist Dallas Medical Center is open Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Closed Saturday and Sunday. (214) 947-4628

Your Generations membership card should arrive in your mailbox in three to four weeks.
