About Mohamad Kabach, MD

Mohamad Kabach, MD, treats a variety of heart and vascular conditions with expertise in preventive cardiology, complex coronary interventions, heart failure, echocardiography, vascular, stress testing, and nuclear cardiology. With fellowship training in coronary and peripheral vascular intervention, he has particular interests in cardiac catheterization using the transradial approach (a small artery in the wrist), pulmonary embolism therapies, peripheral vascular disease and interventions, and lower limb amputation prevention. Dr. Kabach started the Pulmonary Embolism Response Team (PERT) and Venous Thromboembolism (VTE) programs at Methodist Richardson Medical Center.

Board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, interventional cardiology, and echocardiography, Dr. Kabach is published in many peer-reviewed journals, he has presented in numerous national and international cardiology conferences, and he has received numerous awards and honors from his peers. His overarching goal, however, is to build long-term relationships with patients so that he can understand their lifestyle and improve their life span and quality of life.

Dr. Kabach is married, and has one child and enjoys living in the Dallas area. During his spare time, Dr. Kabach enjoys biking, hiking, playing soccer, and spending time with family and friends.
