About Jagadeshwar G. Reddy, MD

Jagadeshwar (Jag) Reddy, MD, is board certified in Pulmonary Disease, Critical Care Medicine, and Internal Medicine. Dr. Reddy is proficient in advanced bronchoscopy techniques including EBUS and robotic navigational bronchoscopy.

While participating in the diagnosis and treatment of various lung diseases both in the inpatient and outpatient settings, Dr. Reddy also works in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary Lung Nodule Program at Methodist Health System, to help facilitate early detection and treatment of lung cancer.

Dr. Reddy was born in Hyderabad, India, and came to the United States just after completing his undergraduate education. He received his bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery, in 1998, from Kurnool Medical College, India. Upon completion of his Residency in Internal Medicine from Texas Tech University Health Science Center in El Paso, Texas, he joined the prestigious Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. While there, he conducted research and worked as an Attending Physician in the Department of General Medicine.

After developing an interest in Pulmonary Medicine, Dr. Reddy went on to pursue a Fellowship in Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine, Indianapolis, Indiana. After completing the Fellowship in 2012, he moved back to Texas, and since then has been treating patients in the DFW Area.

Dr. Reddy strives to provide high-quality care, with empathy and professionalism, for every patient that he come across. Apart from work, he loves to garden, hike, spend time with family and his dog, watch movies and sports, travel, and learn about the history of places that he visits.
